The entrance to the warehouse is a little hidden from Thompson Road. You really can’t see the warehouse very well and the road is a single gravel lane. There is a sign out on Thompson but a lot of customers miss the red arrow.
Once you reach the end of the gravel road, the large warehouse is directly in front of you. You can park anywhere. During heavy rain we do have a small lake.
You enter through the large open garage door. The other red doors are dock doors for loading.
The large warehouse is 120,000sqft divided in 6 units of 20k each. The tile is through the first 2 units. We unload tile in unit 1 and keep customers’ sold jobs ready-to-go. Remember, you have 30-days from purchase to pick-up your tile. This allows you to secure your purchase and load when ready.
If you are coming for the first time, walk through unit 1 & 2. The larger tile selection is in unit #3. It’s a cool warehouse with huge fire-rated metal doors in the center. Sometimes our employees are all in unit #3 and we will not greet you in unit #1.
In unit #1, you also see our in-store teak outlet stock. Unit #2 houses our internet product we ship through the website. This is why you see the Teak Closeouts signs. Our tile customers love to stop and walk the unique product and occasionally take selfies.
Our warehouse is unheated or cooled. We do have large Big Ass Fans but it still gets uncomfortable from time-to-time. The entrance is handicap accessible and everything is on a single-level. We do allow animals on chains as long as they are not barking or aggressive in their manner. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in any manner.
