Submit your tile job purchased from KY Tile Closeouts and receive a free Teak Puzzle valued around $15. Puzzles must be picked up from store and cannot be shipped.
To qualify, submit 4-10 photos of your job. You are welcome to provide before, during, and after photos, but we only require AFTER photos. Please provide Tile Number (or name of tile if unknown). We will reference your tile number in the job pictures.
