Here is a couple who did an episode of First Time Fixer on the Magnolia Network. They did their tile for their first flip at KY Tile Closeouts and returned for their second flip!
The kitchen has our tumbled marble "white" stone. This sells for $5.99sqft/pc and looks great with the solid white cabinets. The white stone actually looks soft tan against the pure white paint. The neutral tones look great and a popular choice today. The soft tan tone compliments the wood flooring while the appliances bring the silver.
The bathroom has a polished marble 12x24 tile. The grout lines are installed very tight or the grout is very close to the tile color. It just looks like a sheet of marble on the wall!
The back room has a 12x24 porcelain slate. It is primarily a grey slate color with some hints of orange, red, white, and yellow.
The neutral color choices and soft staging helped this house get under contract quick. This is 2022 and not 2021....home rates are 8% not 3%.
