Chevy Chase Duplex

This home remodel duplex flip was a small update to a few rooms. We sold the kitchen tile floor, one bathroom, and some backsplash deco tile. The backsplash tile is actually 12x24 that is cut. It is fast and efficient - and much cheaper than $10 a sqft. Our deco tile for the backsplash area is $1.99 sqft. The bathroom tile is a linear line vein design. We have multiple types to choose from that look similar to this...prices around $1.19. The wood/stone tile in the smaller kitchen is also tile. The larger kitchen is original hardwood.
