We have pallets of porcelain tile priced at 49, 59, and 69 cents per sqft. Wood pallet deals are 99 cents sqft. Please ask about the wood pallet deals – these are the rarest and most desired contractor-grade pallets. Currently, there is 12×12, 13×13, 12×24, 18×18, 18×36, and 24×24 tiles in contractor grade. And wood pallet deals are 8×36.

This deal is for PALLETS OF TILE. Please check our inventory room for regular BOXED tile purchases. You are not required to purchase pallets only from our main stock.
We have received a special closeout of off-quality tile which either requires us to go through all the tile and cull the imperfections or offer it as-is. Most pallets have 32 boxes and could yield 512sqft if in perfect condition. Your yield is not guaranteed, but a realistic yield is 250-400sqft. This is sold as-is. Other pallets have 600-700sqft.
You cannot search the boxes. You are buying a pallet of tile much like a “pig in a poke”. If this offends you or you can’t grasp the concept, then don’t read any further. If you are uptight or think that a nicely boxed product should yield perfect tile, leave this page. We are making these statements because some people are mad they can’t search the boxes?!? Or they expect that all boxed tile should be perfect. This tile is not for the majority of people doing small kitchen/bath jobs.
This special deal requires particular buyers. This is a manufacture off-quality boxed closeout. These boxes may contain blank tiles, half-printed tiles, tiles with numbers on them, etc. Your yield varies and is still nice quality porcelain tile.
The pallets will be a SINGLE STYLE/COLOR or a MIXED PALLET of 2-3 STYLES. You can see the box numbers through the hard plastic. You can tell if the pallet is a single style or mixed pallet. You choose the pallet you want.
WARNING – Some pallets have mixed boxes and cannot be determined from the box label. Therefore, on some occasions you could get a few boxes or more of a different tile. It is not very common but this is the deal.
WHAT AM I SAVING?
Here is the breakdown of this deal. Most of this tile would sell in the $4-5 sqft range and cost 2000-$2500 for the pallet. If you buy it in our normal closeout selection then we estimate the cost to be about $600-750. In this pallet deal with no guarantees of coverage, you are paying anywhere from $250-$450.
Let us be very clear….you will receive a greater amount of bad tiles in this “contractor-grade”. This is why a minimum factor of -25% needs to be considered. These deals work best for people with larger or continual projects. Let’s use the rental owner for example…..they can just open boxes and tile as needed. They will move room to room. Before starting each room, they will confirm sqft by opening boxes. We have several flippers and rental owners who buy tile and hoard deals. This is ideal for them.
Here is another breakdown….First Choice $4.00. You buy the standard 10% extra and you are in it at $4.40sqft. Second Choice $1.29. You buy the standard 20% extra and you are in it at $1.55sqft. Contractor Grade .49 Pallet could yield a final cost of .60 to .74 (50%) based on excess waste from the boxes?? So, $4.40, $1.55, or .74 a sqft product cost – same tile – different grades.
I NEED A FEW MORE BOXES!
If we have additional pallets of the style/color you purchased and you need a few more, we WILL NOT break a pallet open. You either don’t start the new room planned or buy an additional pallet. In some cases, we could have the tile as Second Choice and available as a boxed purchase in our warehouse.
THESE BUYS ARE HARD TO PLAN
This is a fact. With no guarantee of coverage, you can’t buy 2 pallets and expect it will do your 1000sqft basement. You must plan for excessive extra and then use the remaining tile on other rooms or projects. We could show you some examples of Contractor Grade boxes but there is no guarantee you will receive the same good or bad sampling.
I BOUGHT A PALLET AND IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO DO MY JOB
Let’s say you buy a pallet and have a 380sqft job and yield 300sqft of tile. Hopefully, we have another pallet to sell you. But if we do not, it may not be returned. We’ve been pretty clear up to this point and we will say it again. No coverage guarantees and no returns.

There are no further discounts.
We’re perfectly fine loading a semi with 20-21 pallets (weight limit) and send it on its way to you…..you will save an additional 10% and bring your price to 44 cents + shipping (assuming 49 cent tile). If shipping out of state, there is no sales tax collected. Shipping full trucks range from $600 local to $1500 Kansas to $2500 New York. A full truck is about 10,000sqft (weight limit).
LOADING
In most cases, the pallet will be lifted into your truck, van, or trailer. We will not breakdown the pallet for loading. We will take the pallet outside if you wish to hand-load the pallet. We are also implementing a 15-minute forklift loading time-limit. We will not spend 30 minutes to 1 hour assisting in prepping your truck for loading. If you have walls on the trailer then how are we going to load on the side? It’s not a hard concept to understand how a pallet is going to be loaded. The trailer must also have a removable gate. If you come unprepared to take the pallet, we will not waste considerable time “making it work”. I know all this sounds horribly unfriendly, but come prepared.
The general weight is about 2050lbs per 500sqft.
