WARNING – most tile deals will be in bundles. The bundles will range in sqft from 100-500sqft and you will be required to buy the bundle. There is no discount if you don’t need or want all the tile from the bundle. You will buy the bundle and if you leave some of it, then fine. Examples, 300sqft at 25c is $75, 200sqft at 10c is $20. To make things easy, tile will be priced at the bundle price! Wood Pallet Deals 511sqft x .39c is $199.29
All super discounted tile will be outside on our patio and not in the main room. This is a clearance sale and a select amount of tile is marked for patio reduction. The sale will include about 10,000-20,000sqft “only” of our 1,000,000 sqft inventory. This sale will feature over 75 tile sizes/colors/choices.
- WE ARE NOT LOADING YOUR TILE
a. Bring help because we have no labor to load your tile. You pay for it and you own it. We won’t
move it inside for pickup later.b. - ALL PATIO TILE DEALS will not have forklift access to load trucks like we normally do. The tile deals are packed tight for space – so bring labor to load your boxes.
- PALLET DEALS will be located in a different area of the patio and we will be able to load full pallets in your truck. We will not hand-load boxes of tile in your truck or car.
- Make sure you have measured twice and planned for extra – tiles are first and second choice tile and you need to buy 20-25% more than your exact measurements. Most of these tile deals will be end of tile and if you come up short at the end, we warned you.
- Don’t come into the main tile room and start whining about super clearance Saturday prices on our everyday low prices. That is why we hold the clearance – this is the stuff we want gone at crazy prices. Our tile is marked 50-75% off everyday.
Our employees are strictly there to answer questions and help facility sales. Once you pay for your tile, it is yours to load on the spot you bought it. Please don’t purchase tile if you are unable to immediately remove it.
